In Connecticut they have banned ALCOHOL and now use such as a revenue earner. From experience most campers enjoy some ALCOHOL while out in the woods and maybe especially a beer or few on a hot summer day.
When did prohibition end ? The government banning it on govermwnt lands ? It is almost funny as one can observe severe enforcement and it only equals a revenue source.

I do not even drink anymore but still enjoy a few beers at times. The site name of schaghticoke.net ? The Schaghticoke are an American Indian Tribe that has been seeking federal recognition.
(they got it but it was withdrawn by polticians) Sometimes some persons with American Indian ancestry seem to have an alcohol problem.
I surely do not intend to ridicule anybody !! My satire only has to do with this NO ALCOHOL POLICY at State Parks of recent.
